I recently had a great stay at a hotel in a charming and lively town. I was delighted to find that the prices were very reasonable, making it excellent value for money. Additionally, the hotel's location close to the downtown area was incredibly convenient. It was just a short walk to the restaurants, shops, and the picturesque old town. The staff were also very friendly and provided warm and efficient service. The basic amenities were well-maintained, and I particularly enjoyed the rooms with a terrace. Despite needing some tidying up, the terrace was a wonderful spot to relax and take in the surroundings.
All in all, my experience was fantastic and there's really nothing to complain about.

The price was a bit expensive and did not meet our budget expectations.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Willisau! the location couldn't be better - right across the street from the old town and just a short walk to the train station. It made exploring the downtown area so convenient. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made us feel right at home. Lastly, the room itself was modern and practical, with everything in working order. The shower was amazing, with excellent water pressure and temperature control. We were very impressed!
Nothing to complain about, everything was just fine.

The hotel had a great location, right near the historic town center with plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. , the room was clean and spacious, with a nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Plus, there was free chocolate and water - what a nice touch!
The staff wasn't very friendly or helpful during our stay. They didn't speak much English and seemed uninterested in assisting us with anything.

The hotel's central location, just a stone's throw away from the old town, made it perfect for our romantic escape. the room was modern and well-maintained, with an excellent water pressure in the shower. We loved the Nespresso machine and the complimentary Swiss chocolate in the room.
The noise from the main street kept us up at night, forcing us to keep the window closed. the breakfast was a bit disappointing, with only croissants and white rolls on offer.
